飞行参数信号发生模块电路设计

摘要:针对当前飞行参数记录仪检测设备的不足和飞行参数信号发生器系统所涉及的飞行参数类型等问题,研究和调研了当前信号发生器设计中采用的理论和技术后,提出了模块化设计思想,设计了集上百种信号于一体的飞行参数信号发生器系统的信号发生模块电路;研究了模拟量信号、开关量信号、感应同步器信号、频率量信号、交流比率信号和ARINC429总线信号特点的基础上,制定了各信号类型的设计方案并将其应用于飞行参数信号发生模块电路的设计。根据飞行参数信号所属系统的不同划分成不同的模块,实现了系统的模块化;针对不同的设备系统可以进行模块化增减调整,实现了系统的通用化。

Abstract:There are some problems that are the shortage of the current testing equipment for flight data recorder and the type of flight parameters included in the system of flight data signal generator. The modular designmethod was proposed based on the research and investigation of theories and techniques used in the signal gen-erator design,the signal generator module circuit of flight data signal generator was designed. The characteris-tics of analog signal,switch signal,induction sync signal,frequency signal,AC ratio signal and ARINC429 bussignal were studied,moreover,the schemes of signals were designed and applied to design flight data signalgenerator module circuit. The different modules were divided according to different systems of flight data signalsand the modularity of the system was realized. In view of the different equipment system,it may carry on themodular adjustment,the  universal system is realized.
