Abstract：In order to control and weaken uncertainty and fuzziness of linguistic map quality evaluation and make its evaluation results quantitative and scientific,Vague set is adopted to quantify the qualitative evaluation. A group evaluation method is studied based on ordered weighted averaging operator( OWA) and Vague set,moreover,the ranking quality of the map is gained through the example analysis. Research results show that: the evaluation results reflect the fuzziness and uncertainty of the evaluation of map quality information about evaluator,and can reflect the actual map quality,therefore,it can make the evaluation result more objective and subjective,and the result is more scientific,based on Vague set. Results of this study can provide a reference method as the map quality qualitative evaluation.
