不同条件下有机阻锈剂对钢筋腐蚀保护作用影响

摘要:以醇胺类和有机羧酸铵类有机物阻锈剂为研究对象,考察阻锈剂掺量,环境盐度、p H值等因素对阻锈效果的影响。结果表明:有机羧酸铵阻锈剂阻锈效果类明显优于醇胺类,且掺量更少;对比两种阻锈剂在不同盐度下阻锈效果可以看出,有机羧酸铵阻锈剂适用条件更广,阻锈效果更好;两种阻锈剂均会提高混凝土强度4%~10%。以上结果说明:两类阻锈剂均能有效抑制钢筋腐蚀,羧酸铵类阻锈性能优于醇胺类。

Abstract:The characteristics of corrosion inhibitor of alcamines and carboxylic acid ammonium were investigated in this study,by considering adding dosage,salinity and p H value. The results showed that corrosion inhibitor of carboxylic acid ammonium was found better performance than corrosion inhibitor of alcamines at different salinity and adding dosage. Furthermore,both of these corrosion inhibitors could enhance the strength of concrete for 4% ~ 10%. All of these results supported that both of these corrosion inhibitors could effectively inhibit corrosion of steel,and the performance of corrosion inhibitor of carboxylic acid ammonium was better than the alcamines one.
