TiC、TiN和Al2O3涂层硬质合金结构和磨损研究

摘要:用化学气相沉积方法,研究了沉积到C-6硬质合金基体上的Ti C,Ti C/Ti CN/Ti N,Ti C/Al2O3和Ti C/Al2O3/Ti N涂层的显微结构和磨损特性。涂层后硬质合金的高温化学稳定性、抗氧化性能、硬度和切削性能明显提高,Al2O3的加入进一步提高了CVD多层涂层硬质合金的抗氧化性能、硬度和切削性能、隔热和阻碍氧扩散的作用;通过提高涂层硬质合金的抗氧化性能和硬度能提高涂层硬质合金的切削性能。同时也研究了Ti C/Al2O3涂层厚度与磨损以及温度之间的关系。

Abstract:The microstructure and wear property of coating on C-6 hard alloy were studied by chemical vapor deposition. The coating consists of Ti C,Ti C / Ti CN / Ti N,Ti C / A12O3 and Ti C / A12O3/ Ti N. The temperature chemical stability,oxidation resistance,hardness,and cutting performance of carbide are increased after hard alloy coating. The oxidation resistance,hardness and cutting performance,heat insulation,and preventing effect of oxygen diffusion of carbide are further improved by adding A12O3 in CVD multi-layer coating. The relationships between Ti C / A12O3 coating thickness and wear resistance and temperature were studied by cutting experiments.
