部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁抗弯性能研究

摘要:为研究部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁抗弯性能,对2个两跨部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁和1个空钢箱连续梁试件进行了静力试验研究,获得了试验梁变形发展、截面应变发展、破坏特征等方面试验数据.试验结果表明,部分充填混凝土连续钢箱试验梁的极限承载力是钢箱连续试验梁的1.9倍,延性也增加了大约5倍.提出了部分充填混凝土钢箱连续梁截面抗弯强度计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.利用计算公式对连续梁截面强度影响的主要参数进行了分析,表明增大受拉区钢箱翼板厚度,对于提高梁的抗弯承载能力效率最高.

Abstract:To investigate the flexural behavior of a continuous concrete-partial-filled steel box beam (CCPFSBB) , the static loading tests of 2 two-span CCPFSBB models and a two-span continuous steel box beam (CSBB) model are conducted, the growth of deformation, the strain of main sections and failure characteristics of the models are obtained.The results show that the ultimate loading capacity of a CCPFSBB model is about 1.9 times of CSBB model, and the ductility also increases about 5 times.The formulae for calculating the bending strength of CCPFSBBs are proposed, and the predicted values are in good agreements with those of tests.The main parameters on the bending strength of CCPFSBBs are analyzed using the formulae, which indicate that increasing compressive flange thickness of steel box is the best way to improve the bending capacity efficiency of the beams.
