基于ZigBee技术的煤矿井下无线语音通信系统研究

摘要:针对当前矿用语音通信系统的不足,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的矿用无线语音通信系统设计方案,并给出了无线语音通信节点的软硬件设计.语音通信节点采用CC2530作为射频收发单元,通过CSP1027对语音信号进行A/D或D/A转换,并利用AMBE语音编解码技术对量化后的语音数据进行编解码,通过ZigBee无线通信协议IEEE 802.15.4实现各节点间语音信息的双向无线传输.实验证明,语音通信节点在有效通信距离内具有语音清晰、通话可靠,满足语音通信要求.

Abstract:For the disadvantages of a present mine voice communication system, a kind of wireless voice communication system based on ZigBee is put forward.The paper provides detailed information about hardware and software of wireless voice communication nodes.In the system, we use CC2530 as RF sending-receiving unit of a voice communication node, convert speech signals to digital or analog siginals by CSP1027, encode or decode quantized voice data by AMBE voice codec technology and realize voice message two-way wireless communication over the ZigBee wireless communication protocol IEEE 802.15.4 between voice communication nodes.Experiments have shown that a voice communication node can obtain a clear voice and have a high reliability in the effective distance of communication, meeting the requirements of voice communication.
