低温冷风对铲齿磨削表面残余应力的影响

摘要:传统铲齿磨削通常为干式磨削,在其铲磨过程中由于磨削深度的加大,导致刀具表面产生微裂纹,影响刀具的使用性能.通过在铲齿磨削加工中应用低温冷风技术,对成型铣刀进行了铲磨加工,观察研究了其磨削烧伤和表面残余应力的情况.利用X射线衍射法对其磨削表面的残余应力进行了检测,试验结果发现,在铲磨过程中加入低温冷风能有效地减轻刀具表面烧伤,减小刀具的热塑性变形,改善刀具表层的残余应力,提高刀具表面质量.

Abstract:In the traditional shovel teeth grinding, dry grinding is the main way.However, in the grinding process, the increase of the grinding depth leads to the occurrence of surface microcrack, which will ultimately affect the use performance of tools.The paper introduces the use of cooling-air technology to grind shape-milling cutter in its shovel teeth grinding process and shows a test for the tool burn and the residual stress.The experimental results show that the cooling-air can validly reduce not only the tool's surface burn, but also the thermoplastic deformation of workpieces, so as to improve the residual stress and quality of tool surface.
