PCF1420高效反击锤式破碎机转子系统的模态分析

摘要:采用SolidWorks软件对PCF1420反击锤式破碎机转子系统进行三维建模,并对有限元仿真模态进行分析,求出前20阶固有频率和振型.通过对比分析,得知锤子和销轴对转子固有频率和振型的影响较大.对磨损改进后的转子进行了固有频率分析,得知改进后固有频率变化不大,改进可以进行.计算分析结果为破碎机转子的结构改进和优化设计提供了参考依据.

Abstract:A three-dimensional model of a PCF1420 hammer crusher rotor system is built with SolidWorks software, and its first 20 order frequencies and vibration modes are comparatively analyzed by finite element modal simulation.We learn that the hammer and pin have a significant impact on rotor natural frequency and vibration mode.The natural frequency of a wear transformed rotor is also analyzed.The results show that the natural frequency changes little after an improvement, and that the improvement can be performed.The computational analysis result provides a reference frame for the structure improvements and optimization design of a crusher rotor.
