基于ANSYS的超声变幅杆节点优化及振动性能试验

摘要:基于波动理论进行变幅杆设计,采用ANSYS软件对变幅杆进行数值研究,分析变幅杆轴向振动位移与变幅杆边缘振动位移的关系.结果表明,轴向振动位移为0处的横截面与变幅杆边缘交点处的位移并不为0.采用MATLAB软件对变幅杆轴线到边缘位置振动位移为0的离散点进行曲线拟合,并绘制出振动位移为0的曲面,以便观察变幅杆节点位置分布情况.用ANSYS进行优化分析确定变幅杆法兰盘的位置,根据优化后的变幅杆参数进行制造,并用试验验证其振动情况,结果表明,仿真分析出的变幅杆参数与试验测得的数据吻合程度比较高,实际加工的变幅杆振动性能比较好.

Abstract:Based on wave theory, the amplitude transformer was designed, the numerical study of the amplitude transformer was done by ANSYS software; by using the finite element software, the vibration displacement relationship of amplitude transformer's axial and edge line was analgzed.The results show that the displacement of the transversal surface's edge is not zero although there is no occur vibration displacement in its axis.The curve fitting for the discrete point of the axis to the edge position of amplitude transformer vibration displacement was done by MATLAB software, and the curve surface of vibration displacement is zero.In order to observe the distribution of amplitude transformer node positions, optimization analysis to determine the amplitude transformer flange position with ANSYS was performed.Amplitude transformer was made according to the optimization results, and experiments verified its vibration performance.The results show that the parameters of the amplitude transformer simulation analysis and experimentally measured data consistent with a relatively high degree, the amplitude transformer vibration performance of actual processing is better.
