冻结井壁高性能混凝土性能试验

摘要:结合冻结井壁高性能混凝土的特性,测试了14组不同配比混凝土的1,3,7,28 d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗渗性能,研究了冻结井壁高性能混凝土外加剂的类型及其掺量、细骨料含泥量、粉煤灰掺量等对矿井建设高性能混凝土的影响.研究表明,3种类型的外加剂均能改善混凝土的早期和后期强度,其中早期强度提高显著,掺加HNT-1型外加剂混凝土的1 d抗压强度提高145%;细骨料含泥量从0%增加到5%,混凝土抗渗性能降低60%,混凝土3 d抗压强度降低30%;粉煤灰的掺入可明显降低混凝土的早期抗压强度,1,3,7 d抗压强度最大降低幅度可达普通混凝土的40%,14%和7.8%.

Abstract:Based on characteristics of concrete in a freezing shaft wall construction and the test of compressive strength of 1, 3, 7, 28 d, the splitting tensile strength and impermeability of concrete with 14 groups of concrete mix proportion, the influence of the amount and type of freezing shaft wall concrete admixture, and the mud content of fine aggregate, the ratio of fly ash and others on high performance concrete were discussed.Experimental result shows that 3 types of concrete admixture can significantly improve the early and the late strength of concrete, especially for the early.The 1d compressive strength of concrete with HNT-1 admixture improved by 145%.The impermeability and compressive strength of concrete were separately decreased by about 60% and 30% along with the mud content in fine aggregate changed from 0% to 5%.The addition of fly ash can significantly reduce the early compressive strength of concrete, the maximum reduction of 1 d, 3 d and 7 d compressive strength of concrete is 40.4%, 14% and 7.8%.
