含三维圆弧形裂纹圆盘应力强度因子分布及起裂规律

摘要:圆盘试件径向受载作用下,其起裂点沿着厚度方向裂纹并非呈简单的直线形式,有必要对含有三维构型的裂纹进行分析.应用三维断裂分析软件FRANC3D对假定具有不同形状的三维圆弧形裂纹圆盘试件的应力强度因子进行了数值计算.结果表明,圆弧形裂纹前缘的应力强度因子值与裂纹圆心角γ和无量纲裂纹长度α有关,给出了含有圆弧形裂纹圆盘试件的三维应力强度因子分布规律,并基于I型断裂准则对试件的起裂点进行了分析,有助于进一步认识圆盘试件的起裂和扩展规律.

Abstract:When a disc specimen was under a radial load, the crack point along the disc thickness direction was not shown a simple linear form, thusly it is necessary to analyze the three dimensional configuration of a crack.With three-dimension fracture analysis software, FRANC3D, the stress intensity factor of disc specimens with different shapes of three-dimensional arc-shaped cracks were calculated.The results showed that the stress intensity factor on the crack edge along the disc thickness varied with the circular angle γ of the arccrack and relevant no-dimensional crack length.The three-dimensional stress intensity factor distribution rules were obtained, and the first fracture point of the different forms of a three-dimensional crack were analyzed according to the mode I fracture criterion.This is helpful to further understand the crack fracture and expansion rules.
