矿用通风机滚动轴承振动故障诊断研究

摘要:针对矿用通风机振动故障诊断中的特征提取问题,将小波包和希尔伯特变换相结合用于通风机滚动轴承的故障诊断,工程应用实例表明,通过该方法能有效提取出通风机滚动轴承内圈故障特征频率,诊断出滚动轴承的内圈故障,另外还可诊断出通风机存在轴系不对中故障,实现了通风机的精密故障诊断.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the vibration fault diagnosis for the mine ventilator of extracting feature.The wavelet packet and Hilbert transformation were combined to apply the fault diagnosis for the rolling bearing of a mine ventilator.The engineering applications showed that the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing inner ring of a mine ventilator can be extracted with this method.In addition, the shaft-misalignment as well as the precise fault diagnosis of a mine ventilator were diagnosed and realized.
