利用固体废弃物制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的研究

摘要:为合理利用固体废弃物资源,对大掺量脱硫灰和电石渣等固体废弃物生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块进行研究.通过对料浆稠度、砌块强度、密度的测试,结果表明利用脱硫灰替代部分普通粉煤灰、电石渣替代部分生石灰生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块,脱硫灰掺量可达30%~40%,电石渣掺量达到8%.不仅缓解了普通粉煤灰供应紧张的问题,而且还节省了天然石膏和生石灰,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:To take advantage of local solid waste resources, the preparation of autoclaved aerated concrete block with high volume desulfurization fly ash and carbide slag was studied.Through the experimental research testing the pulp consistencies, block strength and density, it can be concluded that the autoclaved aerated concrete block may be prepared through desulfurization fly ash replacing ordinary fly ash partly and carbide slag replacing quick lime partly, which is up to 30%40% and 8%.This can not only relieve the problem that the ordinary fly ash is supplied tightly but also save the natural gypsum and quick lime.thusly, it can create good economic benefit and social benefit.
