救生舱内部流场的CFD模拟

摘要:基于k-ε模型,建立三维准稳态湍流流动模型方程,并对模型进行求解。结果表明,在送风速度为3 m/s,送风温度为22℃时,舱内平均温度在29℃左右,达到救生舱内温度设计要求,与试验结果较好吻合.模拟结果为救生舱选择合适的送风条件以及优化设计救生舱内部空间提供了参考.

Abstract:3d model is built by using the k-ε turbulence model, the numerical computer simulations of the air distribution inside of coal mine refuge capsule is carried out with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) .The result shows that the mean temperature is 29 ℃, when the temperature is 22 ℃ and the wind rate of the outlet airflow for the refrigeration equipment is 3 m/s.The result satisfies the design requirement of temperature in the coal mine refuge capsule and it is approximately same with the test results.The conclusion provides a reference for subsequent research on a suitable air supply condition, and for the optimization of internal space in the coal mine refuge capsule.
