基于ADAMS的六杆机构运动学及动力学仿真分析

摘要:为了使牛头刨床六杆机构设计更加合理,运用矢量解析法建立牛头刨床六杆机构运动学模型,并运用ADAMS软件对其进行运动仿真,得出牛头刨床刨头的位移、速度和加速度随时间变化的规律曲线.用分离体法建立该六杆机构的动力学模型,并运用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真分析,获得各构件的受力情况和原动件的平衡力矩,为机构的优化设计提供了理论参考.

Abstract:To make a six-bar mechanism of shaper to be more reasonable, a kinematic model of six-bar mechanism of shaper was established with the vector analytic method and the kinematic analysis was carried out by the simulation software ADAMS.The simulation results reveal the curves of plough head's displacement, velocity and acceleration.Then the mathematical movement model of dynamics of the six-bar mechanism of shaper was established with the isolated body method and the dynamical simulation analysis on the model was carried out by the simulation software ADAMS.The force information of each component and the balance moment of the actuator are drawn from the results of simulation.Finally, by comparing the simulation results with theoretical calculation, its simulation results were verified.This simulation method with ADAMS provides a theoretical reference for the actual mechanism design.
