钢渣双液注浆材料的研究

摘要:钢渣与矿渣、粉煤灰复掺作为注浆材料使用,既优化了骨料的级配又最大限度地使用了工业废渣.基于水玻璃碱激发工业废渣的原理,研究出以钢渣为主最佳配合比的工业废渣-水玻璃双液注浆材料.研究表明,随着水玻璃掺量的增加注浆材料的凝胶时间增加而结石体强度先增加后减小;钢渣与矿渣、粉煤灰两两复掺时前者的效果最好;三种工业废渣三掺(钢渣∶矿渣∶粉煤灰=2∶3∶1)时,注浆材料的强度最大,28 d抗压强度达14 MPa.

Abstract:As grouting materials used, complexed steel slag, slag and fly ash optimize the aggregate gradation as well as maximum use of industrial waste.Basing on the principle of alkali stimulation industry waste residue, the study worked out the optimal proportioning dual fluid grouting materials.The research indicate that the gelatin time would increase, but strength would reduce after first increased with the increase of water glass;The effect of steel slag mixed with slag is better than mixed with the fly ash;When the proportion of steel slag, slag and fly ash is 2∶3∶1, the strength is the biggest, the 28 d compressive strength reaches to 14 MPa.
