水力冲孔消突效果及其主要影响因素分析

摘要:通过考察水力冲孔过程中的冲孔水压、水流量、每米煤孔冲出煤量以及冲孔前后煤巷掘进期间效检超标率等参数,深入分析了水力冲孔防突技术措施的消突效果及其影响因素.研究表明:在突出煤层中采用水力冲孔措施,可以较好地提高煤体强度和透气性,有效消除或降低煤体的弹性潜能和瓦斯潜能等突出潜能,减少和消除煤层的突出危险性.

Abstract:This paper, taking Huainan Mining Group Xieqiao mine as research background, analysed the outburst prevention mechanism of hydraulic punching technology and described the process of hydraulic flushing.By examining water pressure, water flow and coal volume per meter of a pore in the process of punching hydraulic flushing and the efficacy of standard rate and other parameters in excavating period before and after punching, eliminating outburst effect and main influencing factors of the hydraulic punching technology measures in excavating were analysed.The results show that the hydraulic punching measures could well increase the strength and permeability of coal, effectively eliminate or reduce the flexibility and gas potential of coal, reduce or eliminate seam outburst.
