波纹钢腹板组合箱梁抗弯性能有限元分析

摘要:波纹钢腹板预应力组合箱梁桥作为一种新型高效的桥梁结构已经引起广泛关注.为了解决波纹钢腹板预应力组合箱梁桥的实际工作性能,通过ANSYS大型有限元计算软件,采取合理的有限元单元对此结构进行三维模拟分析,得出在"平截面假定"下波纹钢腹板预应力组合箱梁在弹性范围内其挠度值与荷载的增长呈线性关系;在集中荷载下,跨中截面的剪力滞较四分点处明显,而底板的剪力滞效应较小,表明剪力滞效应只对局部区域有影响,为工程的实际应用提供有价值的参考.

Finite element analysis of composite box beam with corrugated steel web

Abstract:The pre-stressed composite box beams bridge with corrugated steel webs, which as a new and effective structure, are arousing wide concerns.In order to solve actual work capacity of structure, and adopting the finite element units, the structure with 3-dimensional simulation is analyzed by the ANSYS finite element method software.Through the simulation, it can be concluded that there is the linear relation between the deflection and the loads within the scope of elasticity under the place section assumption for the pre-stressed composite box beams bridge with corrugated steel webs.When the concentrated load on the structure is carried out, the shear-lag effect being in the medium section is clearer than that in the quarter point section, and smaller in the bottom slab section, which shows that the shear-lag effect is in local area.The method will offer valuable reference for the actual engineering application.
