往复式制冷压缩机增效改造设计的试验研究

摘要:针对目前往复式制冷压缩机存在着制冷系数较低等问题,通过改变阀板的厚度来改变往复式制冷压缩机的余隙容积,从而提高往复式制冷压缩机的制冷系数,并进行了试验研究.试验表明:该方法对提高往复式制冷压缩机的制冷系数是可靠的、有效的.通过这些研究为新型气阀的优化和可靠性设计、加工制造提供理论依据,同时,为制造新型高效节能压缩机打下基础.

The study of synergism improved design experimental on reciprocating refrigerating compressor

Abstract:In present, the refrigerating coefficient of reciprocal refrigerating compressor is low, the refrigeration compressor clearance volume is changed through the changes of valve board thichness.Thus, the experiment of refrigeration coefficient enhancement on the multiple refrigeration compressor is done in the paper.The results indicate that the method is reliable and virtual on increasing the refrigerating coefficient of reciprocal refrigerating compressor.It supplies theoretical basis for the optimization, reliability design and processing of air valve, and offers foundation for new type, efficient and energy-saving compressors.
