电石渣浆废水处理实验研究

摘要:对含硫、高钙的碱性电石渣浆废水处理工艺、机理进行了探讨和相关的实验研究.实验结果表明,采用NaClO和O2作为混合氧化剂,用MnSO4催化剂处理电石渣浆含硫废水是可行的.实验认为,pH值控制在9 5左右,MnSO4的加入量为S2-量的4%,曝气时气液比为5,反应温度为45℃,经过催化氧化处理的焦作化电集团公司乙炔站所排电石渣浆废水可以回用.

A discussion about the sewage treatment of carbide ash

Abstract:The thesis is a discussion about the technique and mechanism of treatment of the alkaline waste water with high volume of sulfide and Calcium, and about correlative experiments. The result shows that it is feasible to use NaClO and O2 as compound oxidant, and MnSO4 as catalyzer. The Carbide ash sewage in the Acetylene station of Chemical and Power Company in Jiaozuo City can be reused after catalysis and oxidation if the pH value is 95 or so, the addition of MnSO4 is 4% of that of S2-, the ratio of gas and water, when blowing, is 5, and the reaction temperature is under 45℃.
