Study of the environmental effect from red mud storage field of Zhongzhou Aluminum Company and the control countermeasures

Abstract：The authors have analyzed the sample of ash?water disdarged from Zhongzhou Aluminum Company and tested the red mud stored in the storage field.The result of the experiment showed that the red mud and the ash?water have great effect on the environment.On the basis of the complete analysis on the component of the red mud, the measure of controlling red mud pollution is provided according to the present study.Therefore, some ways for the utilization of the red mud were researched to improve the water environment of Jiaozuo city.
