颗粒增强金属基复合材料的加工现状

摘要:颗粒增强金属基复合材料(PRMMCs)具有优良的综合物理机械性能,属于难加工材料之一,也是国内外切削领域研究的重点.目前该类材料的加工方法主要采用普通切削加工和非常规机械加工两大类.本文主要介绍PRMMCs加工技术的进展,不同加工方法的适应性及其亟待研究解决的问题,以期对该领域的课题研究与成果应用提供参考.

Actuality of machining particle reinforced metal matrix composites

Abstract:Particle reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) possess excellent complex physical and mechanical characteristics and are the hard?to?machine materials.Consequently, they are the priority research in the cutting field.And the current machining methods of these materials are divided into two parts:conventional machining processes and non?conventional machining processes.The development of machining technology in PRMMCs is presented, and the adaptability of different machining methods and the problems needed to be solved are also presented so as to offer references to the study and production application in this field.
