Abstract：The traditional mode of college student management in ISO9000 featured by customer-focus can not meet the requirement of sustainable development any longer in that it ignores the students'psychological and employment environments in the process of education.In this paper, a new management mode is proposed based on ISO9000, which has the following advantages: it pays more attention to the guidance and management of students'mental health in planning and implementation processes;it establishes specialized feedback mechanism of employment which can extend service cycle for students and maintain contact with the employer in the revision process.This new management model can meet the demand of training students in University.
