圆筒式磁阻永磁齿轮有限元仿真研究

摘要:为解决磁阻永磁齿轮无法实现连续稳定传动的问题,提出一种圆筒式磁阻永磁齿轮结构。首先,对主动磁极、定子磁极和从动凸极的位置关系及其磁力作用方式进行分析,论证了连续传动的可行性;其次,应用有限元仿真技术对静态和准动态转矩特性进行分析,证明所提磁阻齿轮结构不仅具有确定的传动比,而且可实现连续稳定传动,且传动比公式与磁场调制型永磁齿轮相同;最后,从主、从动磁极数量和极宽对输入输出转矩的影响进行研究。结果表明,主、从动磁极数量互质时,输入与输出转矩的波动很小,具有较好的传动平稳性;输出、输入转矩及其比值λ均是主动极宽的函数,主动极宽越大,则输入和输出转矩越大,且λ随主动极宽变化并存在最大值。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem of continuous and stable transmission of reluctance permanent magnetic gear, the structure of cylindrical reluctance permanent magnetic gear (CRPMG) was proposed. Firstly, the position's relation and magnetic effect between active poles, stator poles and driven poles were analyzed, and the feasibility of this structure was demonstrated. Secondly, the static and quasi dynamic torque characteristics were simulated with FEM. It is proved that CRPMG has certain transmission ratio, and the continuous and stable transmission can be achieved, the formula of transmission ratio is same as the flux modulation magnetic gear. Finally, the influences of the number of active and driven poles and the width of active poles (WAP) to input and output torque were also investigated. The result shows that as the number of active and driven poles is coprime, the torque fluctuation is small, and the gear has better transmission stability. All the output and input torque and theirs ratio λ are the functions of WAP, and the larger the WAP is, the greater the torque will be. The ratio λ changes along with WAP and has a maximum value.
