地铁车站高大梁模板支撑设计及稳定性研究

摘要:为提高地铁车站高大梁模板支撑结构的稳定性,以郑州某地铁车站工程为研究对象,结合现场实际工况,设计一种三角形稳定支撑结构,依据现行规范进行立杆承载力验算,并基于ANSYS有限元分析软件开展模板支撑结构特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析。结果表明:高大梁模板支撑结构立杆稳定承载力设计值大于立杆轴向力设计值,架体搭设满足规范设计要求;设计由对拉螺栓、梁侧稳定斜杆和水平附加稳定杆组成的三角形稳定支撑结构,可有效增强模板支撑结构横向平面的抗侧刚度,稳定极限承载力比传统支撑结构提升9.2%,结构延性也得到提高。三角形稳定支撑结构设计可有效提高混凝土梁模板支撑结构的稳定性,该研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。

Design and stability study of high beam formwork support of metro station

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of the high-formwork support of metro station, a triangular stable support structure was designed based on the a metro station project in Zhengzhou and the actual working conditions on site.The bearing capacity of the vertical pole was checked according to the current specification, and the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis of the support structure were carried out based on ANSYS finite element analysis program.The results showed that design value of stable bearing capacity of the vertical pole of the high beam formwork support structure was greater than its axial force design value, and the construction of the frame could meet the specification design requirement.The triangular stable support structure consisting of split bolts, beam side stabilizer bars and horizontal additional stabilizer bars was provided, and it could effectively enhance lateral stiffness of transverse plane of formwork support structure.The stable ultimate bearing capacity of stability was 9.2%higher than traditional support structures, and the structural ductility was also improved.The triangular stable support structure design could effectively improve the stability of the concrete beam formwork support structure, and it also could provide references for similar projects.
