车门系统玻璃升降声品质的结构优化研究

摘要:车门系统玻璃升降声品质是汽车噪声、振动和声振粗糙度的重要研究内容之一。玻璃升降过程中存在异响声大、声品质差等问题,通过现场噪声和电机加速度测试,测得异响主要发生在电机频率104.7 Hz和111.7 Hz时。建立车门系统的CAE模型,对车门内板电机固定区域进行动态加速度响应分析,识别出导致异响的内板敏感区域。对车门系统进行模态分析,并优化车门系统内板结构,即在内板敏感区域增设桥接结构并将电机顺时针旋转8°。对优化结构进行振动响应分析、耐久性能分析和噪声试验测试。结果表明,优化方案的车门玻璃上升和下降阶段的最大声压值为41.6 dB(A)和43.5dB(A),均小于要求的声压值45 dB(A),达到了改善车门系统玻璃升降声品质的目的。

Research on structure optimization of door system for glass lifting sound quality

Abstract:The sound quality of the door system for glass lifting is one of the important research contents of noise, vibration, harshness of the car.In view of the problems of loud noise and poor sound quality during the glass lifting process, field noise and motor acceleration tests were performed, and the abnormal noise occurred at the motor frequency 104.7 Hz and 111.7 Hz.The CAE model of the door system were established, and the dynamic acceleration response analysis in the fixed area of the inner panel of the door was performed and the sensitive area of the inner plate that caused the abnormal sound was identified.Model analysis of the door system was conducted and the inner panel structure of the door system was optimized, that was, adding a bridge structure in the sensitive area of the inner panel and rotating the motor 8° clockwise.Then the vibration response analysis, durability analysis and noise tests were carried out on the optimized structure.The results showed that the maximum sound pressure values of the door glass during rising and falling stages of the optimized scheme were 41.6 dB (A) and 43.5 dB (A) , which were less than the required sound pressure value of 45 dB (A) , and the purpose of improving the glass sound quality of the door system was achieved.
