基于电流信号的刀具磨损状态监测方法研究

摘要:为了降低因刀具失效而出现的工件报废和设备损坏的概率,进一步提高数控机床无故障运行效率,使用电流传感器采集变频器输入侧的电流,并利用三相畸变线电流计算其平均有效电流值。将平均有效电流值信号和传统RMS有效电流值信号分别进行时域、频域和时频域的分析,通过对比,验证本文所提出方法可以很好地对刀具磨损状态进行区分,证明其适用性。采用工控机主板、数据采集卡以及霍尔电流传感器等搭建硬件平台,以Qt作为软件开发框架,设计制作一套刀具磨损状态监测系统,并在数控加工中心进行试验验证。结果表明,所设计的监测系统能够在一定程度上反映刀具磨损状态并进行预警,该监测方法有效。

Research on tool condition monitoring method based on current signal

Abstract:In order to reduce the probability of scrap and equipment failure due to tool failure and to improve the efficiency of failure-free operation of CNC machine tool, the current sensor was used to collect the current from the input side of the converter, while the three phase distortion line current was used to calculate the average effective current.The average effective current signal and the traditional RMS effective current signal were respectively analyzed in time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain.Through comparison and verification, the tool wear state could be zoned well by using the proposed method, and its applicability was proved.The board of IPC, DAQ card and Hall current sensor were used for building hardware platform, while the software was designed by using Qt framework.The tool condition monitoring system was tested on CNC machining center.The results showed that the proposed monitoring system could reflect the tool wear status to some extent and give early warning, and that the monitoring method was effective.
