摘要:针对目前矿井电网系统时钟同步精度不足的问题,提出了将IEEE1588协议与Ether CAT协议结合,及时钟晶体振荡器的漂移补偿和跟踪相位调频结合的时钟同步算法,设计出一种基于Ether CAT的矿井电力时间同步系统,实现煤矿井下现场级的网络控制。该系统可以使IEEE1588协议和Ether CAT协议的优点得到充分发挥,并相互补充,使矿井电力时间同步系统的控制精度得到近一步的提高,使系统实现纳秒级的同步精度。通过实验得到系统的主从时钟的同步效果,验证了基于Ether CAT的矿井电力时间同步系统的可行性。

Abstract:For the clock synchronization accuracy shortage of a mine grid system, an algorithm is proposed.The algorithm combines the IEEE1588 protocol and Ether CAT protocol, meanwhile drifts the compensation of a crystal oscillator and tracks phase frequency modulation. A clock synchronization system of mine grid based on Ether CAT is designed to achieve the field level network control of coal mine underground. The system makes the advantages of IEEE1588 protocol and Ether CAT protocol play fully and complement each other, so that the control accuracy of a time synchronization system is further improved to nanosecond level. The synchronization effect of master slave clock is obtained by experiment, and the feasibility of the mine time synchronization system is verified based on Ether CAT.
