水泥矿物水化率的测定与特性分析

摘要:水化程度和水化速度是进一步研究水泥矿物化学成分的转化及水泥基建筑材料耐久性的重要参数.通过测定不同水化龄期的水泥试样的化学结合水量可以间接测定水泥水化速度,即水化率.实验中找出了一些容易影响测定化学结合水量的因素和问题,并对水泥新鲜烧失量和化学结合水量的测定方法中关键的细节操作做了相对合理的处理,同时也对不同配方水泥试样同一龄期的水化情况进行了测试.通过对实验数据进行综合分析,找出了不同配方水泥试样的水化规律.

The measurement and characteristic analyses of cement mineral hydration rates

Abstract:The content of the chemical combined water and hydration rate are the important parameters for studying the conversion of the chemical composition in cement mineral and the durability of the cement construction materials.Through measuring the content of the chemical combined water of cement, namely hydration rate, which was hydrated in different solution and different period to indirectly determine cement hydration velocity.Amount of factors and problems, which easily impact the measurement of the loss of weight on ignition and the content of the chemical combined water, was studied.Some improvement methods were brought up to measure the quantities of freshness loss of weight on ignition and the content of the chemical combined water about cement more accurately.Along with it, the precise hydration instance of different composition cement in same hydration period was measured.Through analyzing the experimental data, different cement hydration law was got out, which is able to offer reference to further study of cement materials.
