监控系统通讯接口的本安设计

摘要:按照新颁布的2001版《煤矿安全规程》以及新颁布的GB.3836.4中"爆炸性气体环境方保电气设备通用技术要求",对KJ93型监控系统中的通信接口进行了设计.介绍了设计时所采用的光电隔离的RS 485通信方式,以及为此通信方式供电的隔离的本安电源设计.

Design of essence safety communication in monitoring system

Abstract:According to the newly promulgated 2001 edition of Safety Rules of Coal Mine and the General Technological Requirements Against Explosion Electrical Equipment in an Environment with Explosive Gas in the newly promulgated GB.3836.4, the authors designed the communication in KJ93 monitoring system.This paper presents the RS-485 communication mode with light and electricity, which are separated when designed it.It also presents the design of essence safety power source for this communication mode.
