摘要:对印染设备变频分部拖动系统进行了深入研究.给出无差模糊控制和开关式控制相结合的双模控制方法,采用AVR高速嵌入式单片机的变频调速系统,实现了单级无差模糊控制,满足了多级同步运行的要求.通过在线实时检测张力,保证了系统运行时织物张力的恒定.仿真实验结果表明了该系统动、静态性能好、鲁棒性强、可靠性高.

Application of embedded fuzzy control in frequence conversion and branch drag speed-governing system
Abstract:Frequence conversion and branch drag speed-governing system of print equipment has been studied.It presents dualmodel control means which incorporate indifference Fuzzy control and bang-bang control.It also adopts AVR high speed embedded SCM and achieves the single stage indifference control and fulfill the requirment synchronous pulling of multilevel, It has performed through the on-line measurement of tension.It ensure the tension of fabric that always constant during the system working.The simulation results prove that the system has such control quality as good dynamic, static property, high robustness and reliability.
