摘要:为了研究圆锥滚子包络环面蜗杆副传动工作过程中滚锥的自转角速度及接触点处的相对滑动速度,根据齿面接触线上的受力特性,将滚锥齿面所受正压力合理分布到接触线的离散点上。利用数值计算软件,得到啮合齿面接触线上各点的相对滑动速度,并分析滚锥顶端半径和滚锥倾角对啮合齿面间相对滑动速度的影响。结果表明:滚锥的自转能够大大降低啮合齿面间的相对滑动速度;滚锥顶端半径和滚锥倾角2个参数可以进行优化选择,以使啮合齿面间相对滑动速度最小。这为进一步探究圆锥滚子包络环面蜗杆副的传动效率提供了理论依据。

Research on the influence of rolling cone parameters on the relative sliding velocity on the contact line of rolling cone enveloping hourglass worm pair

Abstract:To study the rotational angular velocity of the rolling cone and the relative sliding velocity on the contact line during the work process of rolling cone enveloping hourglass worm pair, the positive pressure of the rolling cone tooth surface was distributed to every discrete point on the contact line based on the force characteristics.The relative sliding velocity of every discrete point on the contact line was obtained by using the numerical calculation software, and the influence of rolling cone tip radius and rolling cone angle on the relative sliding speed were analyzed.The results showed that the self-rotation of the rolling cone could significantly reduce the relative sliding speed between the meshing tooth surfaces, and the two parameters which included the rolling cone tip radius and the rolling cone angle could be optimized, so as to make the relative sliding speed of the meshing tooth surfaces the least.This layed a theoretical foundation for further research on the transmission efficiency of worm gear pair.
