深部软岩巷道围岩变形分析与控制

摘要:针对某深部软岩巷道支护困难问题,首先对围岩进行力学性能试验,然后利用有限元分析方法,在基于不同埋深软岩巷道围岩变形特征研究的基础上,从巷道开挖和围岩支护两方面对深部高地应力软岩巷道围岩变形与控制进行深入研究。结果表明:随软岩巷道埋深增大,巷道围岩变形呈线性增大趋势;在深部高地应力下掘进巷道时,全断面开挖法围岩变形最大,台阶法次之,CD法最小;支护时采用柔性与刚性联合支护,围岩变形最小。联合支护技术能充分释放软岩巷道围岩变形能,发挥围岩自承能力并与支护体系共同作用,可以有效控制深部软岩巷道围岩变形,从而保证深部软岩巷道围岩的稳定性。

Deformation analysis and control of surrounding rock of deep soft rock roadway

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of difficult support for deep soft rock roadway, the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock were first tested. Then, based on the study of deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of different buried deep roadway, the deformation and control methods of surrounding rock of deep roadway with high geostress were studied from two aspects of roadway excavation and surrounding rock support. The results showed that with the increase of roadway burial depth, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock increased linearly. When mining in the deep high-in-situ stress environment, the deformation of full-section excavation method was the largest, followed by step method, and CD method was the smallest. When the combination of flexible support and rigid support was adopted, the surrounding rock deformation were minimized. Combined support technology could fully release the surrounding rock deformation energy, give full play to the self-supporting ability of surrounding rock and work together with the supporting system, and could more effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of deep soft rock roadway, so as to ensure the surrounding rock stability of the roadway.
