阻垢剂ATMP与永磁场协同阻垢研究

摘要: 火电厂换热器中广泛存在的水垢降低了换热效率,在特定条件下会导致垢下腐蚀。目的 阻垢剂ATMP是一种目前常用于水处理领域的化学物质,永磁场为一种新型环保阻垢技术。为了研究阻垢剂ATMP与外加永磁场二者协同作用下阻垢性能的作用规律,搭建新的实验系统,基于人工配制的高硬度溶液开展实验研究。方法 基于配置的高硬度溶液,对比分析结垢实验、永磁场阻垢实验、氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)阻垢实验和ATMP与永磁场(PM)协同阻垢实验的Ca2+浓度、电导率、浊度和U型加热管表面结垢形貌;通过计算每次实验结束后溶液中Ca2+浓度,得到不同类型实验的阻垢效率。结果 结果表明,ATMP & PM阻垢、ATMP阻垢、PM阻垢实验的阻垢率分别为74.7%60.8%10.7%。对实验后沉淀的CaCO3晶体进行表征,XRD图谱峰值变化揭示CaCO3晶体的形貌发生了亚稳相变化,部分方解石CaCO3晶型转成亚稳态球霰石CaCO3晶型。通过Jade软件对CaCO3晶体进行定量分析,结果表明:ATMP & PM阻垢、ATMP阻垢、PM阻垢实验的球霰石CaCO3晶型质量分数分别增加到59.6%54.3%28.9%ATMP & PM协同阻垢的阻垢效率最高,并且ATMP和永磁场都可以延长CaCO3成核诱导期,促进生成能量更高的球霰石CaCO3晶体,从而达到阻垢抑垢的目的。结论 永磁场与ATMP协同处理高硬度循环水,既能提高阻垢效率,又能降低成本,并减少对环境的污染。

Study on synergistic scale inhibition of scale inhibitor ATMP and permanent magnetic field

Abstract: The widespread presence of scale in heat exchangers in thermal power plants reduces heat transfer efficiency and can lead to corrosion under specific conditions. Objectives The scale inhibitor ATMP is a chemical substance commonly used in the field of water treatmentand permanent magnetic field is a new environmentally friendly scale inhibition technology.In order to study the synergistic effect of scale inhibitor ATMP and permanent magnetic field on scale inhibition performancea new experimental system was constructed in this paperand in-depth and systematic experimental research was conducted based on manually prepared high hardness solutions. Methods Based on the high-hardness CaCO3 saturated solutionscale inhibition performances were investigated by measuring and comparing the calcium ion concentrationconductivityturbidity and scale on the surface of U-shaped tube in the experiments.These experiments include anti-scale experimentsPM using permanent magnetic fieldAmino-trimethylphosphonic acidATMP experiments and synergistic anti-scale experiments. Results The results indicated that the anti-scale efficiencies of the synergistic anti-scale experimentsATMP experiments and PM experiments were 74.7%60.8% and 10.7% respectively.XRD was used to characterize the crystal type of CaCO3.According to the change of peak valuethe metastable phase changes were found in the morphology of CaCO3.And part of the calcite crystal type changed into metastable spherical aragonite crystal type.Quantitative analysis of CaCO3 crystal was carried out by using Jade software.The results showed that the mass fractions of spherical aragonite CaCO3 crystal with synergistic scale inhibitionATMP and PM increased by 59.6%54.3% and 28.9%respectively.According to the experimental data and XRD characterizationthe results showed that the synergistic scale inhibition had the highest scale inhibition efficiency.The synergistic anti-scale experiment not only prolonged the nucleation induction period of CaCO3but also promoted the formation of vaterite CaCO3 crystal with higher energy. Conclusions The synergistic treatment of high hardness circulating water by permanent magnetic field and ATMP can not only improve scale inhibition efficiencybut also reduce costs and environmental pollution.
