Abstract:The feasibility study and evaluation of the restoration effect of ecological environment restoration shemes are important contents of ecological environment restoration projects, which have important guiding significance for the design and construction of ecological environment restoration projects. Objectives To evaluate the feasibility and comprehensive effect of ecological environment restoration plan, taking Panshitou Reservoir as an example, a comprehensive evaluation study was conducted on the ecological restoration plan of the reservoir. Methods Firstly, based on the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) model, a feasibility and restoration effect evaluation system for the ecological environment restoration plan of Panshitou Reservoir was constructed, consisting of four criteria layers including ecological benefits, landscape benefits, social benefits, technical maintenance and management, and 18 evaluation sub-indicators. Secondly, the weight calculation of the hierarchical analysis method was improved through the optimal transfer matrix, and the weight calculation of the constructed evaluation index system was carried out. Finally, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were combined to comprehensively evaluate the ecological restoration scheme of Panshitou Reservoir. Results The results show that the most important criterion index in the ecological environment restoration scheme of Panshitou Reservoir is ecological benefit; Among the 18 selected evaluation sub-indicators, species diversity, ornamental value, improvement of urban image, and reduction of disasters have higher weights; the restoration effect of the ecological environment restoration scheme of Panshitou Reservoir in Hebi city is excellent, and the scheme is feasible. Conclusions The fuzzy-improved AHP method provides a new and more effective approach for evaluating the feasibility of ecological environment restoration and its schemes.
