南华北盆地海陆过渡相煤系页岩地质特征及可压性分析

摘要:为探究页岩可压裂性特征,以南华北盆地海陆过渡相煤系页岩为研究对象,利用钻井、测井、录井和实验测试数据开展太原组页岩储层地质特征和可压性综合研究。结果表明:(1)太原组页岩具有低孔、低渗、有机质丰度高、脆性好、杨氏模量高、泊松比中等、应力差异适中、天然裂缝较发育等特点,具备压裂形成复杂裂缝基础;(2)页岩、砂岩、灰岩的新脆性指数均不同程度降低,灰岩降幅最大,新方法可更合理地计算出页岩最真实的脆性特征;(3)Y2井太原组6号层下部到3号层上部(2 862.32~2 887.64 m)页岩段可压性最好,CFI指数为45.26%~64.65%,平均56.44%,高于页岩可压性评价标准(>50%)。Y2井上述井段实施直井分段压裂改造,试气后获得3 614 m3/d的稳定产气量,较邻井Y1井提高2倍,表明建立的可压性评价模型可有效指导压裂施工,具有较好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to explore the fracability characteristics of shale,the marine-continental transitional coal measure shale in the South North China Basin was taken as the research object,and the geological characteristics and fracability of Taiyuan Formation shale reservoir were comprehensively studied by drilling,logging,mud logging and experimental test data.The results showed that Taiyuan Formation shale had the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,high organic matter abundance,good brittleness,high Young’s modulus,medium Poisson’s ratio,moderate stress difference,and well-growth natural fractures,and also had the foundation of complex fractures formed by fracturing.The new brittleness indexes of shale,sandstone and limestone decreased to different degrees with the largest decrease in limestone.The new method could more reasonably calculate the most real brittleness characteristics of shale.The best fracability section of Taiyuan Formation Well Y2 was the lower part of No.6 layer to the upper part of No.3 layer(depth from 2 862.32 m to 2 887.64 m),the CFI index was 45.26% to 64.65%,average 56.44%,which was higher than the evaluation standard of shale fracability(>50%).Vertical well staged fracturing was carried out in the above mentioned section of Well Y2,the stable gas production of 3 614 m3/d was obtained after gas testing,this was 2 times higher than that of the adjacent well Y1.It indicated that the established fracability evaluation model could effectively guide the fracturing construction,and it had better engineering application value.
