Study on body characteristics recognition model based on sitting data

Abstract: Most of the current devices are developed with average body size,it is hard to assist different users with individual body characteristics correctly.A body characteristics recognition model with non-wearing sensor was proposed in this paper.In order to achieve adaptive assistance,user's body information could be recognized by the static sitting posture and pressure quickly.The pressure distribution and sitting posture feature were collected by non-wearing sensor,and user's body characteristics such as weight and height could be analyzed based on a three-parts human body model.The simulation analysis and experimental results showed that user's body information could be recognized by this model quickly,and user's experience on standing-up assistance device could be improved greatly.
