Determination method and application of reasonable level in high pumping roadway

Abstract: In view of the large gas outflow of the nearby layer of the working surface of Huangyanhui mine 15108,and its resulting in the over-limiting concentration of upper angle gas during the recovery,the sedimentation and vertical“three-belts”development range of each rock cover were obtained by theoretical calculation and UDEC numerical simulation,and the high-pumping roadway extraction effect under different layer conditions was measured and evaluated on the spot.The research showed that the subsidence of the upper rock layer of the coal seam with the depth of the burial and the shallowness of the cladding was also gradually reduced, and the basic characteristics of the vertical“three belts”could be reflected in the vertical direction.The vertical“three-belts”theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results were similar,the actual arrangement of the high pumping lane level and extraction effect verified the reliability of the two results,and finally it was determined that the maximum development height of the 15108 working surface fissure belt was about 67.7 ~70.4 m,the reasonable layer level of the high pumping lane should be between 50 ~ 70 m,in this range of high pumping lane could control the concentration of upper angle gas below 0.3%.
