Study on uniaxial tensile test of grouting sleeve of seamless steel pipe after hightemperature(Online)

Abstract:In order to understand the mechanical properties of grouting sleeve of seamless steel tube after high temperature,the uniaxial tensile test of grouting sleeve of seamless steel tube after high temperature was carried out with temperature,cooling mode,thickness of protective layer and diameter of steel bar as research parameters.The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength of the grouting material decrease with the increase of temperature,and the flexural strength decreases more,indicating that the effect of temperature on the flexural strength of the grouting material is greater than that of the compressive strength; After high temperature,the specimens have two failure modes of steel bar breaking and steel bar pulling out.The specimens with water cooling and without protective layer are more prone to steel bar pulling out failure. The protective layer can effectively improve the ductility and bearing capacity of grouting sleeve; As the diameter of the steel bar increases,the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint specimens de⁃creases.The ultimate strength of the specimens with steel bar diameters of 18 mm,20 mm and 22 mm decreases by 20.72%,24.24% and 25.97%,respectively;The calculation formula of bearing capacity of grouting sleeve after high temperature is derived under the influence of various parameters.The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The formula can predict the bearing capacity of full grouting sleeve after high temperature.
