基于Hoek-Brown准则的型煤与原煤煤样及煤体力学特性对比研究

摘要:为探讨原煤、型煤煤样与煤体力学特性差别以及型煤是否可以代替原煤进行煤体力学参数估算,利用RMT-150C岩石力学实验系统对原煤与型煤进行单轴、常规三轴压缩试验,对比分析原煤与型煤之间强度和变形特征以及破坏特征之间的差异,以最小二乘法拟合确定H-B强度准则中待定参数,比较利用原煤与型煤分别估算的煤体力学参数数值差异。结果表明:单轴压缩条件下,利用200 kN压力稳压而成的型煤单轴抗压强度大致为原煤试样的1/3;原煤试样破坏主要沿轴向劈裂破坏,型煤试样破坏形式主要为侧壁由两端部呈圆锥体脱落,最终试样中部失稳破坏。原煤与型煤估算的煤体黏聚力与内摩擦角基本一致,对于“软煤”,可以利用型煤代替原煤进行估算煤体黏聚力与内摩擦角。

Abstract:In order to discuss the mechanical property differences between raw coal and shaped coal,and whether shaped coal can be used to replace the raw coal to estimate its mechanical parameters.In this paper,the property differences of strength,deformation and failure for raw coal and shaped coal were studied with uniaxial compression,conventional triaxial compression tests by using RMT-150C rock mechanics test system.The undetermined parameter of H-B strength criterion were fitted to the test data with least square method,and the value of coal mass mechanical parameters estimated by raw coal were compared to by shaped coal.Results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of coal specimens shaped by 200 kN steady voltage is roughly 1/3 that of the raw coal specimen;the fracture of raw coal specimen is mainly splitting failure along axial occurred in uniaxial compression experiment,while the shaped coal failure mode is mainly spalling from both ends like a cone,finally unstable failure occurred in middle of coal specimen.The cohesion and internal friction angle of coal mass estimated by raw coal basically consistent with that by shaped coal.For soft coal,it can be used shaped coal instead of raw coal to estimate cohesion and internal friction of coal mass.
