基于三轴蠕变试验砂岩非线性蠕变模型研究

摘要:针对观音堂煤矿2506工作面顶板坚硬砂岩三轴蠕变试验结果,引入能反映蠕变加速阶段的多项式元件,通过其与鲍埃丁模型串联,建立了新的坚硬砂岩非线性黏弹塑性蠕变模型,它能用统一数学表达式描述轴向、横向蠕变全过程。利用砂岩15 MPa围压下轴向分级加载蠕变试验数据,对建立的蠕变模型进行参数反演,获得了该模型蠕变参数。通过对砂岩三轴蠕变试验曲线拟合,验证了本文提出非线性蠕变模型的正确性及合理性。

Abstract:According to triaxial creep experimental results of hard sandstone in 2506 working face roof of Guan Yin Tang coal mine,a polynomial element is introduced to reflect creep acceleration phase. A new nonlinear viscoelastic plasticity creep model of hard rock is established by combing with the polynomial element and Poynting model. It can describe both axial and lateral creep courses. The parameters inversion of the creep model established has been done by the base of 15 MPa confining pressure and axial step loading creep experimental data of sandstone,and the creep parameters of the model have also obtained. The correctness and rationality of the nonlinear creep model are verified through curve fitting of standone three axis creep test.
