沸石联合无机絮凝剂处理生活污水研究

摘要:为了降低生活污水处理过程中的处理成本以及环境排放问题,主要研究沸石和无机絮凝剂混合使用处理污水的处理效果,按照沸石和无机絮凝剂的不同比例投加在生活污水中,通过测定絮凝率来反应沸石和无机絮凝剂的联合处理效果,找出两者联合使用的最佳投加比例,实验所选无机絮凝剂分别为硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝、结晶三氯化铝。得出结论:沸石与三种无机絮凝剂的联合使用在生活污水处理中的应用大大提高了沸石对生活污水处理的效果,絮凝率最高能达到93%以上,既可以提高污水的处理效果,又可以节省成本。

Abstract:The effect of zeolite and inorganic flocculant on the treatment sewage is studied in order to reduce the processing cost and environmental emissions in the process of sewage. According to the different proportion of zeolite and inorganic flocculant adding in sewage,through measuring the rate of flocculation determined The effect of combined treatment of zeolite and inorganic flocculant,the combination of the best dosing proportion is found out. The experiment selected inorganic flocculants were aluminum sulfate,poly aluminum chloride,aluminum chloride crystal. The results show that: zeolite with three kinds of combined implements of inorganic flocculants application in sewage treatment has greatly increased the effects of sewage treated by zeolite,and the flocculate rate can achieve 93% above. It can not only improve the treatment effect of sewage and can but also save cost.
