基于Android的无线血流储备分数实时测量系统设计

摘要:针对现行影像设备无法对冠状动脉狭窄病变部位的生理功能做出准确评价的缺点,结合传感器的特性,设计了一种基于Android系统的无线血流储备分数实时测量系统,给出了测压导丝和系统的结构及软硬件设计方法.系统采用TI公司的PGA309对测压导丝的信号进行动态调理,经高速16位A/D ADS1115采集后,由STC15F2K60S2单片机经无线蓝牙传给测量主机,通过测量主机进行数据分析处理、存储、实时显示等功能.试验结果表明,该系统具有运行稳定、可靠等优点.可以有效应用到临床血流储备分数的测量上.

Abstract:In order to make a correct evaluation of the physiological functions to a coronary artery lesion,a new wireless real-time FFR measurement system based on an Android system is introduced,according to the actual sensor characteristics. The system structure and the design method of hardware and software are described. Using TI's PGA309 dynamic conditioning for the pressure wire's signal,and using ADS1115 to collect the data and then transmitted to STC15F2K60S2 MCU through IIC,the MCU communicates with hosts on the data processing,storage and real-ime display by Bluetooth. Experimental results show that the system is stable,reliable,and able to meet certain precision measurement requirements. Therefore,the system can be effectively applied to the clinical measurement of fractional flow reserve.
