基于双变量的交交变频器实时变频策略的研究

摘要:在双变量控制原理的基础上,对传统余弦交截法进行线性化近似改造,以直线方程代替三角方程,不仅可以改善输出波形的对称度,减少输出电压的谐波,而且能够在线计算晶闸管触发时刻,同时能够实时连续改变参考电压的幅值和频率,达到实时连续变频的控制效果.最后,利用Matlab/Simulink建立交流调速系统仿真模型,并在基于STM32F103ZE的实验平台上进行实验,得到较为理想的输出电压电流波形.仿真和实验结果证明,该方法可以实现交交变频器实时变频的控制效果.

Abstract:Based on Double-Variable control theory,this article improved the linear approximation of the cosine wave crossing method. This new method adopting a linear equation instead of a trigonometric equation can not only improve the symmetry of output waveform,reduce the harmonic of output voltage,and calculate the trigger time on-line,but also change the amplitude and frequency of reference voltage continuously to achieve real-time continuous conversion control. At last,this article built the simulation model of an AC speed adjustment system by Matlab /simulink,and made experiments on the platform based on STM32F103ZE achieving the expected output voltage and current waveforms. The simulation and experiment results show that this method can achieve real-time continuous frequency conversion.
