BDX-395大型静电除尘器壳体的优化设计

摘要:采用ANSYS软件建立静电除尘器壳体的三维实体模型,并进行有限元分析,得到壳体的应力和变形.计算结果表明壳体原始结构设计合理,但是尺寸设计比较保守,部分构件有优化空间.应用有限元法对原始结构进行优化设计,并对新的壳体结构再进行有限元分析,此新壳体结构更加合理,强度和刚度能够满足设计要求.研究结果对静电除尘器壳体优化设计具有现实的指导意义.

Abstract:A 3D entity model for an electrostatic precipitator shell is built by ANSYS software,and it is analyzed by the finite element method. The stress and the transformation of the shell are received. The result indicates that the shell primary structure design is rational,but dimensional design is conservative,and there is some optimization space for constructional elements. A primary structure is designed by the finite element method,and a new shell structure is analyzed by the finite element method. The new shell structure is rational. The strength and stiffness demands are satisfied. The research result has a practical guiding significance in electrostatic precipitator shell design.
