用三乙胺催化合成聚羧酸减水剂研究

摘要:使用三乙胺作为催化剂催化水解聚马来酸酐与聚乙二醇单甲醚的酯化反应合成聚羧酸减水剂,测试了酸醇摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对反应的影响,比较了不同催化剂的效果.试验结果表明,最佳的反应条件是酸醇摩尔比15∶1,反应温度85℃,反应时间6 h,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2%.在相同条件下,浓硫酸催化效果最好,三乙胺与对甲基苯磺酸催化效果相似,氢氧化钠催化效果较差.

Abstract:Triethylamine was used to catalyze the esterification reaction between HPMA and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether to synthesize carboxylic acid water reduction agent. The effects of acid to alcohol molar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the amount of the catalyst on the esterification reaction were tested, and the effects of the different catalysts were compared. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions mean that the acid to alcohol molar ratio is 15∶ 1,reaction temperature is 85 ℃,reaction time is 6hours,and the amount of catalyst is 2% of the total weight of reactant. Under the same conditions,the catalytic effect of concentrated sulfuric acid is best,the one of triethylamine is similar to the one of p-Toluenesulfonic acid,and the one of sodium hydroxide is relatively poor.
