长壁布置下的房柱式采煤法探析

摘要:"三下"采煤对地表沉陷要求严格,现有采煤方式几乎都不能取得理想效果.结合长壁采煤法与房柱式采煤法的特点,提出了一种长壁布置下的房柱式采煤法,并系统地介绍了该开采方法的工作面布置、主要设计技术参数及相应的配套设备,而且对其工艺流程做了详细阐述.该方法采取"整体长壁布置,局部房柱采煤"的思路进行设计,分别吸收了长壁式采煤法巷道布置简单、通风系统稳定安全可靠和房柱式采煤法可减缓地表沉陷、投资少、出煤快的优点,具有广阔的推广应用前景.

Abstract:Mining under villages,railways and water has strict requirements for coal mining subsidence,and most of existing mining methods cannot obtain an ideal effect. Thus,by combining with the characteristics of a long wall mining method and a room & pillar mining method,this paper puts forward a kind of room & pillar mining method under a long wall mining layout,introduces the layout,main design technical parameters and related matching equipment for a coal mining face systematically,and explains the mining process in detail. The new mining method is designed by the idea of taking a long wall mining method layout as a whole and applying room & pillar mining method in a local zone,so that it has the advantages of having a simple roadway layout,a safe and stable ventilation system as a long wall mining method,and it has the advantages of less surface subsidence,less investment and fast coal output as a room & pillar mining method. Therefore,it has a broad application prospect.
