Abstract：Ontology mapping is a main method for resolving ontology heterogeneity,while the computation of concept similarity is the key part to it. This paper proposed a concept similarity algorithm based on Bayesian classifier against the lack of contextual information. It extended the concept based on Bayesian concept comments and using Wordnet,and confirmed a similar concept by Bayesian classifier. Thusly it improved the accuracy of similarity to a certain extent. The experiment shows that the algorithm is viable.
