加气混凝土专用抹灰砂浆的综合性能研究

摘要:为适应加气混凝土发展需要,根据加气混凝土自身特点,研制出加气混凝土专用抹灰砂浆复合外加剂及用该外加剂配制出加气混凝土专用砂浆.对砂浆配制工艺和性能进行研究,并与普通砂浆性能进行比较.研究表明,用复合外加剂配制的砂浆性能远优于普通砂浆,分层度仅为普通砂浆的15.5%,28d粘结强度为普通砂浆的4.9倍,折压比为普通砂浆的1.56倍,28d收缩值为普通砂浆的63%,具有保水性能好、粘结强度高、折压比大、收缩值小等特点,适合加气混凝土的抹灰,它较好地解决了普通砂浆用于加气混凝土抹灰时存在的开裂、空鼓甚至脱落等问题.

Abstract:In order to meet the development needs of aerated concrete, and according to charaters of aerated concrete, admixture of plaster for aerated concrete is developed and the special plaster for aerated concrete is prepared.Plaster preparation process and the performance of plaster is studied, and general performance of special plaster and common plaster is compared.The result indicates the performace of the plaster with the compound additive is much better than that of common plaster.Compared with the common plaster, its lamination is only 15.5%, 28d bond strength is 4.9 times, compression ratio is 1.56 times and 28d contraction value is 63%.This mortar fits for aerated concrete has features of good water retention, high bond strength, big compression ratio and small contraction.The problems of cracking, bulging and slough when common plaster is used for aerated concrete are well solved.
