粉煤灰水处理滤材的烧制

摘要:针对粉煤灰的污染环境及污水的处理问题,利用焦作电厂和焦煤集团演马矸石电厂的粉煤灰分别进行了粉煤灰水处理滤材—陶粒的烧制试验,并对其吸水率和颗粒抗压力进行了测试.结果表明陶粒的最佳烧成条件为:烧成温度1150℃,粉煤灰掺入量为90%,保温时间60 min,在最佳烧成条件下颗粒的性能满足GB/T17431.2-1998中对轻集料的规定.最后,利用烧制的陶粒进行了废水中总磷的吸附试验,试验表明,粉煤灰陶粒可以用作水处理滤材来处理污水,达到了以废治废的目的.

Abstract:Aimed at problems of the fly ash pollution and sewage disposal, experiments on firing the filter material about water treatment-ceramisite used fly ash from the Jiaozuo power plant and the Yanma gangue power plant are carried.Its bibulous rate and the granule resisting pressure is done.Based on the fire factors, the best sintering temperature is 1150℃, the content of fly ash is 90% and the time for heat preservation is 60min.Under the best sintering condition, the granule resisting pressure and bibulous rate can reach the standard of GB/T17431.2-1998.The ceramisite is used to do the leaching experiment on adsorption to TP of eutrophic water which fired under the best sintering condition.The results show that the fly ash ceramisite can dispose pollution water as water treatment filter material, to achieve the objective of the waste.
